These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 98pr platform, including its sports betting, casino games, promotions and all associated services. Please read this document carefully before registering or using the platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, to register and use 98pr. One account per person. Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before withdrawals are processed.

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
Minors are strictly prohibited from using this Platform. Any Account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a minor will be immediately closed. The Operator will not pay out any winnings arising from a minor's Account and will return verified net deposits to the payment source in accordance with applicable law and KYC findings.

All documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's encrypted HTTPS verification portal. Users must never transmit identity documents via email, live chat, WhatsApp or any other unsecured channel. Submission of altered, obscured or falsified documents is a criminal offence and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.
The Operator may, at its sole discretion, request additional documentation or information as part of an enhanced due diligence (EDD) review. This may include source-of-funds documentation, source-of-wealth evidence or enhanced identity verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions or closure.
Deposits are credited to the User's Account upon confirmation of receipt by the payment provider. The Operator is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions or network failures. The Platform's cashier sets out currently available deposit methods, applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits, and estimated processing windows. These may include references to familiar Pakistani payment options such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as well as cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. The availability of any specific method is subject to change without prior notice. Payment method names are referenced for informational purposes only — none of the named providers endorse, support or are affiliated with 98pr or its gambling services.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) the requested withdrawal amount not exceeding the User's verified real-money balance; and (d) compliance with these Terms. The Operator reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing windows vary by payment method and are published in the cashier. The Operator does not delay legitimate withdrawal requests without documented cause.
Initiating a chargeback, dispute or reversal with a payment provider in respect of funds deposited to the Platform without first contacting 98pr Support to resolve the matter constitutes a breach of these Terms. The Operator reserves the right to close the Account, recover any outstanding amounts through available legal mechanisms and report the matter to relevant financial institutions.
Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for users in the Pakistani market. The actual settlement currency for transactions may differ depending on the payment method used. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are set by the payment processor and are not within the Operator's control.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional incentives offered by 98pr are subject to specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
The following general principles apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion:
Transparency Commitment: 98pr commits to displaying all material bonus terms — including Wagering Requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps — clearly on the promotion page before a User opts in. Retroactive changes to the terms of an active bonus will not be made without notice to affected Users.
All sports betting activity on 98pr is governed by the Operator's betting rules as published in the sportsbook. The Operator reserves the right to void, limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a bet is placed after the event outcome is known or market suspension has been triggered; (b) odds were published in error; (c) the bet relates to an event that has been abandoned, postponed or materially altered.
References to Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC or other sporting events are made in a sports-context capacity only. 98pr has no official partnership, sponsorship or affiliation with PCB, PSL, ICC, UFC or any team, governing body or league.
All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time dealing in a controlled studio environment. Illustrative Return to Player (RTP) percentages may be displayed per game — these represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee outcomes for individual sessions or players.
In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round or bet settlement, the Operator reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake to the User's Account. Winnings derived from a demonstrably malfunctioning game are not guaranteed and may be voided at the Operator's discretion.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets and bonuses, forfeiture of winnings and referral to law enforcement:
The Operator may suspend or permanently close an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable grounds to believe that the User has: breached these Terms; provided false information; engaged in fraudulent or criminal conduct; or represents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other users.
Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting 98pr Support. Upon closure, verified real-money balance will be returned to the User's registered payment method, subject to completed KYC and any applicable withdrawal conditions. Bonus Funds not yet converted to real money through completed Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. The Operator may apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances in accordance with its dormant account policy, details of which are available from Support on request. Users will be notified before any fee is applied.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, trademarks, game titles (where owned by the Operator), databases and compilations — is owned by or licensed to the Operator and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, scrape or commercially exploit any Platform content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's aggregate liability to any User arising from or related to these Terms or the User's use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
